MCDONALD’S has revealed which 15 restaurants will reopen for delivery orders on May 13.

The fast food giant announced when it would be reopening last week following the corona virus shutdown.

McDonald’s has revealed which branches will reopen on May 13

McDonald’s has now officially confirmed which restaurants will be taking part in the reopening – you can see the full list below.

Maccies hasn’t revealed when more branches will reopen but says it’s “working hard” to get more locations up and running.

Restaurants will remain closed for the public to enter, which means you won’t be able to eat inside.

Customers will only be able to order from McDonald’s via Uber Eats and Just Eat – they won’t be able to order from the My McDonald’s app.

Here’s which McDonald’s will be open for business

Keep in mind that both apps charges a delivery fee depending on how far away from the restaurant you are, so remember to factor this cost into your bill.

There will also be a reduced menu in place due to fewer staff members being allowed in kitchens at one time.

Branches will operate under temporarily reduced hours of 11am until 10pm, which means they won’t be serving breakfast options for the foreseeable.

McDonald’s today confirmed it’ll be adding the Vegetable Deluxe burger and Veggie Dippers to its reduced menu.

To keep workers safe, staff will be given gloves and face masks, and there will be perspex screens installed at checkouts.

Staff will also have their temperatures checked before each shift to make sure they’re fit to work.

Customers will be asked to pay for their food with card and contactless payments where possible.

McDonald’s had temporarily closed all 1,350 restaurants on March 23 due to corona virus.

Before closing all branches, McDonald’s was still taking takeaway and drive-thru orders.

The restaurant chain had shut off seating and children’s play areas, and it also started using sticky tape to mark out boxes on floors to indicate safe distances.

McDonald’s in other countries have already started reopening.

Customers in New Zealand were seen queuing for miles after midnight following the lifting of lockdown rules.

Meanwhile in France, McDonald’s addicts queued for up to three hours when a handful of restaurants reopened for drive-through meals in France last week.

Huge tail backs and large traffic jams formed near newly reopened outlets.

McDonald’s isn’t the only restaurant chain to start reopening.
