KFC is now selling a Christmas dinner box with festive fries and stuffing burger

KFC’s festive menu has just gone on sale, including a Christmas burger with fried chicken, hash browns, stuffing mayo, cranberry sauce and cheese, as well as a mint choc chip Krushem

If some of your favourite meals include roast dinners and fried chicken… your Monday is about to get very exciting.

As KFC has just announced the launch of their new festive menu, which arrives in restaurants today (18 November).

There’s three new seasonal items up for grabs – the KFC Festive Burger, Festive Fries and a new Mint Choc Krushem Soft Serve – which combine the brand’s love of Original Recipe fried chicken with traditional Christmas ingredients.

First up, the KFC Festive Burger, which combines a classic Original Recipe fillet with a crispy hash brown, sage and onion stuffing mayo, tangy cranberry dressing and of course, a layer of cheese.

Costing £4.59/€6 by itself, you can also get it as a meal for £5.59/€8, or go the whole hog with a Festive Burger Box Meal for £6.89/€9.60. If you opt for the latter, your burger, drink and fries will also come with the super Christmassy sides that are beans and a chicken drumstick, for the full KFC-style Christmas dinner of dreams.

Despite changing the recipe earlier this year, if you’re still not a fan of KFC fries, there’s now a new flavour in town, with KFC’s Festive Fries sprinkled with a smoky seasoning of pepper, toasted onions, garlic and herbs.

To wash it down there’s also the new Mint Choc Krushem Soft Serve (£2.79/€3.50), piled high with soft vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate and mint sauce, sprinkled with Cookie Crunch, and finished with a glittery chocolate bow tie.

Everything will be available from now until the 1st January, and you can also order it on Deliveroo.

Jo Tivers, Top Festive Elf at KFC UK & Ireland, commented on the new menu, saying: “A round of santa-plause for this epic festive feast please. We’ll let turkey have its moment on the 25th but until then, we’ve got your back.”.
